When you receive confirmation of your order, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. Acceptance of your order is indicated, and therefore a contract between us only exists when we have sent you an invoice. This term has been included to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in our pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods or we are no longer able to supply a particular product. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you to ensure that the price is acceptable to you before processing the order.
Notification of Shortages on a Delivery
Any shortages or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Deliveries
The total delivery charge for your specific order is shown when you proceed to the checkout page and is fixed at £6.00 per 20kg inc VAT.

Your order will be delivered to you via Business Post.
Delivery Schedule
Allen & Page Ltd pride ourselves on our delivery service and orders received before 3pm will be despatched on the following day.
If you are not likely to be at home on the delivery day please complete the optional section at the payment stage to give additional delivery information eg. "Leave package in garden shed," "Leave package with neighbour at No.62," etc.
All orders to GB mainland areas should be delivered within 1-3 working days.
Please Note: Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancel if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
15% VAT is added to delivery costs only, all other items are VAT free.
Defective Items
Please contact us if you find our product to be defective.
Returns & Refunds
Due to Bio-security measures and to protect the quality of your feeds, we are unable to accept any returns to the mill. In the case of damaged or defective goods or if your order is not correct then please contact our Web Services Team on 01362 822900. Any shortages or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Cancellations
We endeavour to process all orders within 1 working day, if you wish to cancel your order, then please contact the Web Services Team on 01362 822900 and we will do our best to cancel the order. However if your order has already been processed then we are unable to cancel your order and you will be charged the full amount + delivery.
For your future protection in case of Avian Flu outbreaks or other diseases our Bio Security code means we are unable to accept products returned to our feed mill.
Privacy Policy
Allen & Page Ltd do not disclose buyers information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
